Thank you everyone for the kind thoughts and patience. This year already has shown us how important everyone's heath and safety is. Saying that, we are happy to report that both of our crew members who got Covid have made a full recovery. We are so grateful for that.
We will be back in business Wednesday, Jan. 27th, at 7:30am. The local Covid numbers are still not great, but we think if we can get everyone's cooperation, we can do this safely. First off, please send only one person inside. It’s really important that we keep as few people inside for as short a time possible. We are going to have menus posted outside, that way you can decide before coming in.
We’ve had to make some difficult staffing decisions. In order to survive this challenging time, we need to run with fewer crew members. We are working on some ideas on how we can work more efficiently. If things take a little longer… remember this proverb: “ Patience is not passive, on the contrary, it is concentrated strength.”
Anyway, we’re excited about re-opening! Hopefully, no more sudden closures. Stay safe! See you soon.
